Pet Policy
Dogs and Cats are allowed. No breed restrictions. Weight limit of 35 pounds and 1 pet per home.
$25 - $45 based on PetScreening recommendation.
$250 non-refundable fee for cat / $350 - $450 non-refundable for dog depending on PetScreening recommendation.
Resident agrees to register using a third-party provider, PetScreening and pay associated enrollment/annual renewal fees. This registration is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal. PetScreening registration must be completed prior to move-in date. Pet deposit and monthly pet fee varies based on pet screening score. Monthly pet fee can be adjusted if pet score decreases. Pet owners are required to always keep pet records up to date. Non-responsive animal owners or assistance animals not approved by PetScreening will be considered non-compliant pets. At the written request of Landlord, the Resident shall remove all unregistered or non-compliant pets from the Premises immediately and be responsible for associated fees and cleaning costs. It is also understood that the Landlord has the right to refuse to allow any pet on the community for any reason. 35 lb. weigh limit. Limit 1 Pet.
